If you buy this, FIRST CUT A PIECE OF CARDBOARD TO INSTALL THE BOTTOM PART. When I did this, the ease of use increased dramatically for me. It seems to distribute the weight of the items you put inside more evenly across the canvas while keeping the sides stretched straight. I've been using the cart for a few weeks now and my overall impression is that it does exactly what it is advertised to do. . It fits perfectly in a tissue box and can easily hold a small tissue box, a few books, a filled 24-ounce water bottle, and a portable phone charger. I want to highlight some of the things I saw in the reviews before I bought the product and compare them to my previous experience. 1) STRENGTH: The material seems strong enough to me. The inside has a waxed paper texture, but combined with the fabric on the outside, it doesn't feel like it could easily be torn apart, as another reviewer said. Not good quality; Lots of visible threads sticking out but holding up well 2) FRAME: This took a few minutes but once I got the wire frame right at the corners and tucked it under the edge of the white canvas it stayed in place ever since. 3) SMELL: Caddy came with a very strong "new product" smell when it first arrived. I was concerned that I would have to return it but I left it outside for a few days and the smell was gone within a week.
