The middle part covering the screw will fall out!
I like the shower head, it seems to work well. However, the central piece covering the screw fell out on its own, and guess what? So now I have an open screw where the cap was. I couldn't find a replacement on Kohler's website. Mr. Kohler, you should check your screw cap manufacturing specifications/suppliers. Opening the lid requires some force. Not just in normal use.
