99.7% water on Baby Care

Other .3. be minerals. It has no smell, no texture. It feels like splashing water on toys. but then I have to actually wash the toys with water to get that solution out. I can see where this would serve its purpose if I'm carrying it in my diaper bag or purse, but it also seems like I could just carry around a water bottle and maybe accomplish the same thing.
