This is a great printer at a very good price. - Wireless and duplex printing. - Prints fast. - Copies are very clear and clean. us so you can make postcards or thicker card stock without bending the cards. (we printed about 100 postcards). Setting up to start printing is very simple. However, the setup for wireless isn't intuitive, so you'll need to look at the online user guide. It's not difficult, very easy actually, but it would be nice to have wireless instructions on a card in the box…

Bloatware Office Products

I bought this printer purely to print wirelessly. It's 2017, it should be a fast and oriental process. Just plug in the USB stick once and you're good to go, right? Not correct. It was hell experience. Dell is more interested in stuffing bloated junk into the system than having the right cables. After 8 hours of troubleshooting I finally got all my devices connected to the printer. But this experience was so terrible that I don't recommend it. On the plus side, at least it's better than HP.

Wow! Great offer!

Laser printers were so expensive that I have always opted for inkjet printers and you know the $100 printers on the market are good when new but once the ink runs out , pay 50 dollars for new ink! When my bottom inkjet printer ran out of ink for the third time, I searched the internet for "best printers under $100" and was surprised to see this gem in this price range. Since I have a high-quality color inkjet printer, I chose this one. First of all, she is built like the proverbial British…

There will be no WiFi. suitable for office electronics

I tried to do it wirelessly and I did it for a short while and then stopped. Now it only works when connected to a computer. When I consulted the manual (online), the instructions did not match the printer. Stay away from this printer.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Long wait

So far perfect - office electronics

So far perfect. Installs on Mac, Windows, Chromebook with no problems. The wireless network setup is flawless. Deep sleep, no problems at all. The only downside was that the windows installer took a long time and had a lot of pointless OK clicks. But in the end it turned out quite well. For all of them I downloaded the installer from the web, not from a CD

My second purchase!

This printer is ideal for printing multiple blank black copies from my computer. My most recent purchase was for my college granddaughter who needs to print copies of articles and/or studies etc. It's economical in every way. When I bought mine a year ago I had problems with the settings - no instructions came with it. But I understood enough to use it to print multiple copies of minutes etc for my coalition.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Some bugs

Good product for me

So far so good. Need a computer for black and white printing; Copying articles, etc. I like that no ink is used, sometimes I get so impatient that I smudge the paper, so it's more suitable for this type of work.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Neutral

Decent printer at a reasonable price

In its price range, this is a great printer (I've seen it for only $40). print a lot, there are better options on the market for medium to high volume printing. The cost of the toner isn't terrible either. I don't know if it will last long in the office, but so far so good.

Good printer, cool that it prints on both sides

Good printer, cool that it prints on both sides. I have Windows 10 (64-bit) which as the installation instructions say may be an issue that you need to work around. I just set it up for wired use with the USB cable that came with the printer. I just went to the Dell website, entered the service tag on the back of the printer, downloaded all the drivers, then connected the printer to my laptop via USB and the rest was automatic and the printer was set up. You can try setting up the wireless…

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it says

Bought this printer to replace an older Dell laser printer as cartridges were becoming increasingly difficult to find. This printer works well and is much faster than my old one. Wireless connectivity is good too. The downside is that cartridges don't last long AND copies don't get lighter. It just turned itself off without warning. Refuses to print at all until you replace the cartridge. Always have a spare cartridge on hand or it will fail during an important print job. :)

Pros
  • Sleek and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
