We received a new wallet yesterday and the clasp (handle) on the wallet broke on first use. Extremely disappointing. I have requested an exchange. My mum has a Buxton wallet of the same design which she bought over 10 years ago. The product and quality of this wallet was superior. The clasp on this wallet (latch and handle) is one piece, not the same as this one; The rod and the handle are 2 parts, so the handle broke off. If I receive an exchange wallet I will inspect it carefully to ensure it is the same or lower quality as the original one purchased over 10 years ago. I received a replacement wallet, unfortunately only 5 months have passed. The closure of the spare bag is broken. That's the downside of online shopping. Now that we have passed the return window, there is nothing more that can be done. I guess we just attribute it to a bad experience with this product. I will not recommend this wallet design.
