Review on Logitech G G502 Lightspeed, black by Velizar Topalov ᠌
Not satisfactory, upset with the product.
Apparently bad microswitches are a common problem with the G502 Lightspeed, I've found similar reviews from all over the world. Switches rattle, or work twice, or may break the connection when the mouse button is pressed. I contacted Logitech directly about this issue on 06/02/2022, but so far the request is in the "open" status, i. e. did not even begin to consider. Such a quality of service for an expensive product is very frustrating.
- Very ergonomic mouse, additional buttons just fall under the fingers themselves. Of all the mice with additional buttons, I didn’t have the G502 better.
- Less than six months later, the microswitches of the buttons failed (more details in the comments)
