Review on πŸͺ Lindy's 8W20 Heavy Baking Sheet, 12.25" x 16.75", Silver - Top-rated Baking Tray for Enhanced Cooking Results by Tiffany Odom

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like it - hard, shiny, smooth and easy to clean, but mine warped at 450, the contents didn't completely cover the pan.

I like almost everything about this pan but mine is warped like many others. It didn't warp right away - I've roasted veg on it probably 10 times at 350-400 degrees before using it to roast slices of eggplant with olive oil at 450. I'm guessing it was a combination of the higher temperatures and the aubergine slices were so thin they were closer to an empty pan in the oven than when stuffed with veggies. When it ran out I quickly took out the food, put it back in for a minute to reheat and then took it out and set my cast iron brazier on top of it on a flat surface and I really think it took it out of warp It's still usable and hasn't deteriorated, but I haven't used it more than 375 times since then. It looks pretty hard, shiny, and smooth, and food won't stick to it. It's very easy to clean. I probably would have liked the higher sided option like a jelly pan to keep things from sliding off better but this one works great and it's exactly like the picture and it was the closest I could find stainless steel and stainless steel. with a good rating. I would buy it again mainly because I think it would be good to leave it at 400 or less just to be safe and because there don't seem to be many stainless steel alternatives that didn't have the same problem .
