Badly Warped - Kitchen & Dining

This pan warped the first time it was used in a 400 degree oven. This is the worst warping pan I've ever seen. Too expensive for such poor quality - very disappointing.

I love the pan but it warps

I bought this pan because my parents have had it for 3 years and love it! I really like it BUT it REALLY deforms. It warped on first use. Will return to normal on cooling but will warp every time in the oven. Cleans well and doesn't stick. I'm still considering returning it because at this price it should lie flat.

The description for others is more like a jelly roll tray

Obviously for this product, different products will be sent at random. We were lucky. Ours are very heavy, obviously stainless steel, with a flat bottom. The description from others is more like a jelly pan. Don't be afraid to order this. If the wrong ones arrive, simply send them back for a replacement.

Good alternative to aluminum and non-stick coating. No heavy warping

I was looking for an alternative to non-stick pans and aluminum and I came across this. They worked very well. There was minimal sticking, although I guess it depends on what you're cooking, and they were very easy to clean. I boiled them up to 425 and there wasn't much warping. I heard a sort of popping noise as the pan cooled, but it never bulged enough to notice or affect the food.

Safe pan for life!

this is my second one! I love that you can scrub down any food without worrying about scratching a crappy nonstick coating. Stainless steel means cancer-causing chemicals don't get into your food. In addition, all food easily peels off after soaking during dinner. I love baking bacon, it comes out perfect every time without having to line it with aluminum foil (no good for you and the mess). This is the best pan I have ever had

. It's so strong, durable and well made. It's naturally non-stick, with no nasty chemical coatings. I don't even have to grease it or spray it with cooking spray; everything I bake - chicken strips, cookies, fries - just slides off! It cleans so easily and is stain resistant. As some reviewers point out, it warps in a hot oven, but I have 2 of these pans and after use I let them cool on the stove and they always spring back to their original shape. In my experience, that's not a problem at all.

Permanently warped after first use

This baking tray warps. It is very bad. Mine warped the first time I used it and didn't straighten up when it cooled. I've had baking sheets warp in the oven in the past, but I've never had one that wouldn't return to its original shape when cooled. Now we have a crooked baking sheet that doesn't lay flat on the counter. I've already started the return process as it's practically useless. I like almost everything about this pan but mine is warped like many others. It didn't warp right away - I've roasted veg on it probably 10 times at 350-400 degrees before using it to roast slices of eggplant with olive oil at 450. I'm guessing it was a combination of the higher temperatures and the aubergine slices were so thin they were closer to an empty pan in the oven than when stuffed with veggies.
