This baking tray warps. It is very bad. Mine warped the first time I used it and didn't straighten up when it cooled. I've had baking sheets warp in the oven in the past, but I've never had one that wouldn't return to its original shape when cooled. Now we have a crooked baking sheet that doesn't lay flat on the counter. I've already started the return process as it's practically useless. I've been looking for a stainless steel baking sheet for a while and decided to take a chance as it sounded like it was of a higher quality than the cheaper ones at Revain. Mistake! I would suggest either trying one of the cheaper ones (at least they are cheap!) or using something other than stainless steel. I think next time we'll try cast iron or stone.
