I used microfiber sheets which are incredibly soft but they don't feel like cotton sheets. "Just the right shades of light blue" for our bedroom and I am incredibly happy with this set (Laura Ashley Blossoming). The print and color is soft and soothing, I really like how my skin feels on it, and I think a cotton sheet is probably just healthier (I don't have any scientific evidence for that, but even if it's all in my head. my head sleeps happier in it). Of course, being cotton, there is the crease factor. I don't care if what's under the duvet is "ironed smooth" and the pillowcases are mixed with other pillows so wrinkles aren't a problem. Very, very satisfied. Thank you!
