I bought a phone for a girl as a gift. I myself use Oneplus 7. Below I will tell you how I came to choose this device. The girl owned a redmi note 7 for a year, which became dull and the screen quality was very bad (the girl uses the phone a lot during the day). And I decided that it was time for her to buy a good phone that she could use for at least 3 years without any problems. The main criteria were: a good screen, performance with a margin, good autonomy, fast charging and a normal camera. I chose between iphone 11 and oneplus 8. iphone loses in most parameters, and therefore the choice was obvious. Of the other models on the market, I could not find anything suitable (I used a lot of phones myself, and in general I understand them well). As a result, the girl is delighted with the puppy. The speed level of the phone drastically changed her user experience, and she fell in love with the shell. In addition, I want to note that I consider the 1 + 8 model to be much more successful than the 1 + 8 pro for the following reasons: 1) FullHD + screen resolution is more than enough for this diagonal // higher resolution would drain the phone faster // here is the golden mean 2) A screen refresh rate of 90 Hz is sufficient for this device // the difference from 60 is noticeable // the difference between 90 and 120 is extremely difficult to see // 120 Hz will eat Akum faster 3) Lack of wireless charging (people who say that this is a minus and you don’t need to take a phone are killed) // you need to understand that this technology is still raw and due to it the battery degrades faster // + oneplus has its own wireless charging that needs to be bought in addition (it costs not cheap) 4) 8 pro has heavily rounded edges // the same bloggers complain about false clicks and distortion of the picture on the sides in the older model // it is not clear why samsung still makes such matrices after so much hate 5) the camera sticks out much more on the 8-pro // as for me, this is not cool at all 6) it must be admitted that the 8-pro shovel I hope my review was helpful to you.
