Not too tight: my rating
I bought 9 pairs of different identical winter leggings. Knitted braids were comfortable at the waist, but very tight on the legs. I would have loved to wear pigtails to match my school uniform, but they were uncomfortably tight for a slender child.

Cons
- The fleece lining can cause overheating in warmer climates and cause discomfort for the child.
