Excellent assembly. I have a Sylvania LD320SSX and measured the holes on the back at 8" square, crossed my fingers and bought this mount and it worked great. It was very easy for me to install the mount even though I did it at work. where they have metal cleats instead of the traditional wooden cleats. It had everything I needed and more. Four different types of mounting screws to attach the TV to the bracket (which was good for me because I inherited this TV and didn't have any mounting screws). ) and hardware to attach the mount to a concrete or drywall/stud wall. Took me about 15 minutes total. Another thing I really appreciated was the proactive emails the supplier sent out letting me know who to contact if I had an issue. any questions, assuring me that if there is a problem they will help doing everything they can and telling me that the package will arrive soon and they will be there if any help is needed or me with exchanges help if I didn't buy it It was a perfect customer service experience although I didn't have any issues. The mount itself is an excellent swing arm mount. It sits about four inches from the wall, so it's not flush, but it's also no lower than most wall mounts I've seen. Fully articulated, it holds my 32" TV (an older model, so the actual outside edge of the cabinet looks more like a 42" TV) and allows me to stand it almost completely on its edge and get out of the wall (perpendicular to the wall). Very handy to use in my office to point at my desk or people I meet and show to. Overall, this is a great mount and a great price.
