Cool unit. Delivered quickly and safely. And this for a fair price! I have found that the five filter system gives a very pure product. I really like the transparent first filter canister. This is the one that is most often replaced first and most often. It is convenient and economical to observe assembly and replace when clearly required. As a general contractor, I've installed quite a few blocks. This one was pretty easy and straightforward. I found the instructions increasingly confusing and uninformative. Got this device as a gift. It was very appreciative. If you use your common sense and pay attention to all connections, it's leak proof. The inclusion of a TDS tester is a great addition. Standard filters are easy to replace. General quality standard for the entire system. UPDATE: April 5, 2020 - I have since installed several of these systems. Only one had a small leak. Possibly because the trash can was next to him, which resulted in physical contact. Sediment has accumulated in the first transparent filter. I also inspected the second stage filter, which was almost spotlessly clean. I just swapped them both out because the device is still giving very low TDS readings. The biggest disadvantage of this system, as with almost all reverse osmosis systems, is the incredible amount of waste water that these devices discharge. So when I install a drain line (instead of running it through drainpipes) I run it through the kitchen wall with 1/4 inch pipe that is extended into the yard. My bamboo garden thrives on constant watering and I feel a little better knowing that just enjoying a nice clean glass of water isn't such a devastating loss. Otherwise everything works as expected.
