Not the best pillows and sleep positioners for me
I found this pillow to be the right fit. it described a cooling/warming feeling on each side that I'm still looking for. Pillows are difficult to describe because everyone is so different. I personally like it when the pillow is very soft, medium firmness. it was too hard for me. I tried it for about a week until I just couldn't use it anymore. I kept waking up in the middle of the night with neck pain and had to change positions. it shouldn't work that way. Now I will say it. It is of good quality and if you like a very firm pillow then this pillow might suit you.
