Runs very small
My 6 year old loves this shirt but runs very small. She usually wears a large size 8/10 with little room, and sometimes she can get away with a medium. The big thing in that shirt was very small. Didn't have time to return it so I washed it in cold water and air dried it for her to wear to her birthday, but it barely fit. The print isn't as good as I expected either, it faded a bit even before washing.
