Hi.My family owns two Ninja Foodi frying pans (8” & 10”) and our cooking experience with them, to date, has been 100% positive. We are happy the frying pans’ absolutely consistent, and predictable, even heating surface and the slipperiness of the their non-stick surface. And after using this Foodi "8 square pan over the past few weeks to bake a few test batches of (killer) "dark chocolate + chopped walnut” brownies, I can confirm that Foodi cookware’s reputation for high quality totally applies to this useful pan too.As with our frying pans, this cake pan heats very evenly and baked goods come out even in color. Cleaning the pan after use is laughably easy; add a couple drops of dishwashing detergent ("Dawn” in my house) to the pan, fill it with warm water, "swish” it a bit, empty it, rinse thoroughly and … Done! Or, if you prefer, you can safely clean it in the dishwasher.The takeaway: This is a high quality, heavy duty, 8” square cake pan that performs exceptionally well and has a non-stick surface that’s supported by a 10 year guarantee. It is reasonably priced and, I believe, is a solid value for the money. It is a pan that I will happily recommend to my family and friends. Have fun …
