usually i am 18- 20 xl or 1x 225 lbs. I bought 2x but it was comfy so I gave it to my sister and bought 4x. I love that my dress is a little loose to hide my tummy and it fits perfectly. The neck was also very tight because you have to fasten them at the back. I would advise you to advise
