The product perfectly replaced my broken lb button on Xbox One controller (new model with headphone jack). I have a limited edition Forza 6 controller and Xbox support will not help me to fix it as it is over 90 days old and therefore out of warranty. Their offer was to buy a new controller (understand, they wanted me to spend more money on their products). Instead I bought this kit and had no trouble installing it. I didn't have to make any more holes like others have said (don't know why they had to. Everything fitted fine). The color is almost perfectly the same as the original and once installed it is not immediately obvious that it is not the original. Very well done and the tools are very helpful to open the controller. Use the black screwdriver to remove the screws. If you need to replace the lb or rb buttons, look no further!
