Ok first of all Ok it's very soft and a nice gray color and that's all I can really say about it. I bought it because the pictures clearly show the zipper. I run for cover and you know what? Without zipper. It has four corner ties BUT it is so big that there is a small pocket that should hide the comforter? The bottom is very loose so the duvet keeps slipping out in the middle even when tied on the sides. This ruins the look I was about to talk about and now it's time to talk about the biggest disappointment of all and that it looks NOTHING like the item pictured. While my comforter does make it fluffy, this is a really big disappointment, especially when I was expecting a good zip case. I feel cheated that I bought an extra large pillowcase at an overpriced price. Oh I washed it before first use and it held up well in cold water and on low heat, although it took three spins in the dryer to dry completely.
