I add some water to my hand with a small squirt/spoon of this substance with two fingers and it seems to help go a long way (but I guess it depends on how big the area you are trying to cover) . It warms when applied to the skin, which is gentle and creates a cozy feeling. Good product. A great way to cheer up in the morning. Highly recommended!
