That's SUPER! I've used it twice so far. I just started running a few months ago and needed a way to carry plenty of water for me and my dog (I live in Florida). Not only does it hold a lot of water, but I can squeeze the mouthpiece with my fingers and the water will flow out of the mouthpiece into my dog's collapsible water bowl. I ordered camelbak and am sending it back. Much more expensive and no different than this package. The only downside is that the part that fastens at the front is too small (I'm a woman and it doesn't fit my chest). So I don't prune it and it still works great! Also, it has many pockets for storage. I'm keeping a collapsible water bowl, phone, wallet, keys, and there's room left.
