I ran one of these over the wall to attach a Flirc IR receiver and connect it to my Shield TV. This worked great for my purposes. 15 feet for the price is great! Flirc is a device that allows you to use any remote control for your set top box. When I press a button on the remote, it instantly processes the click on my set top box, so having this cable is a win for me! I don't need my TV box to be visible under the TV and thanks to this extension cable it still works great!
