AppetizersUSA's web store had great potential, and I was looking forward to using it for my recent event. There was a small, uninspiring assortment of frozen gourmet appetizers, snacks, and hors d'oeuvres. The website was also difficult to use, with muddled product descriptions and low-quality pictures. Lack of choices for guests with dietary restrictions made it difficult for me to stock a welcoming spread. Not only were the goods delivered damaged, but the shipping and handling fees were outrageous. The frozen products had defrosted and been damaged during transit because of inadequate packaging. In sum, shopping with AppetizersUSA on the web was a terrible experience for me. There are superior online shopping options, so I won't be recommending this company.
