PROS: I liked the ease with which the massager could be adjusted to different positions. The pressure was good enough that it was very relaxing when I used it. CONS: (minor) I wish the buttons would light up when you press them so you can tell at a glance if you're on high, medium or low and when the heat is on instead of waiting to see whether you have it. I actually felt it when it was on my neck, I thought the fabric was going to rip, I heard a noise but I think you can hear that noise because it's right next to your ears. Overall: I would definitely recommend this product for the price, ease and comfort it offers. The pros outweigh the 2 small cons I had with it. At first I thought the handles you use to hold the product in place must be causing problems, but that wasn't the case at all, they provide extra grip and pressure anyway.
