A few weeks ago I decided I wanted to put real twins in my Super Duty v10 and found that with the 18" glass packaging it sounded as if it were underneath him two straight 6th hoods and one exciting on each side. Needless to say I didn't like the sound so I went in search of a larger muffler that would hopefully change the tone of the truck and when I found this muffler. For the price I should have tried it. After installation I was very happy with the sound of my truck, it still didn't get the V8 hum but it sounds much deeper than the glass packs. Fits right on my truck but so far I'm happy with it. The quality of this muffler is excellent and the stainless steel construction should last for years.
