Sounds amazing! for exhausts and parts

Needed a replacement for my Jeep SRT8. The stocker is much closer to the engine and too quiet. Magnaflow opened it up and now it sounds amazing. I also have no resonance in my cabin. great product

Quiet but aggressive

Quality muffler. Removed Cats on Tahoe 99 with 350 Vortec. This muffler is quiet but raspy when you step on the gas. Makes no noise while driving. The tone is deep. That's exactly what I wanted. At first I was worried it would be too loud without the crampons and that silencer, but it works fantastic. Thank you magnaflow.

Solves my exhaust gas problem under extreme loads without any noticeable loss of performance. This muffler was suggested by a MagnaFlow engineer. and was a wise choice. Larger than the original MagnaFlow and required modifications, but they were easy and installation went smoothly. Good product.

Not for those looking for aggressive sound

This review is distorted. It's a very well made silencer, like everything Magnaflow does. Unfortunately, I was hoping for something more aggressive. It was only after installing this particular model that I learned that size does matter. The larger the silencer, the quieter. Smaller models are louder. I will most likely substitute it in place of the oval 5x8 model to bring back the harsh sound of my truck.

The description said the outer box was damaged but the unit was like new. Description was correct

I bought a "damaged" block. The description said the outer box was damaged but the unit was like new. The description was accurate. There was a tiny dent on the muffler, maybe the size of a hailstorm, but otherwise no visible damage. My mechanic will now install it. My goal was to drown out my F-150 significantly. It shouldn't be too difficult as it now has double glazed silencers. UPDATE: The silencer was installed and is exactly what I wanted. I can listen to the radio or cell phone whileโ€ฆ

Great quality, best performance Parts and accessories

A few weeks ago I decided I wanted to put real twins in my Super Duty v10 and found that with the 18" glass packaging it sounded as if it were underneath him two straight 6th hoods and one exciting on each side. Needless to say I didn't like the sound so I went in search of a larger muffler that would hopefully change the tone of the truck and when I found this muffler. For the price I should have tried it. After installation I was very happy with the sound of my truck, it still didn't get theโ€ฆ
