You only need 4 letters to form a word according to the standard. These are the first 4 letters, not random abbreviations. To strip the screws: Yes, the screws are small. However, most screwdriver sets are the right size for this. This is the usual size of a jeweler's screw. Finally, I saw a review about removing the top right screw that holds the entire set of plates together. You don't have to remove it. You simply slide one side to the side, unscrew the side you are working on, close that side, reinsert all the screws, and repeat the process.
