I received my Cobo tablet yesterday. Very solidly built (you could probably kill someone) and I had no issues with the screws. The screwdriver that comes with the kit works, but buy a set of magnetized screwdrivers as it makes the process a lot easier. Took me about 45 minutes from start to finish. A few small tips for installing letters. 1.) Hold the glue on the letters. Some will come loose and you don't want to lose them. 2.) Remove the screws from one side only. 3.) Double, triple, quadruple check your words as you go. Tiles can be difficult to remove once they are in their slots. 4.) Pay attention to which letters you use as spaces. Scan your words and find the least used letters. Now for all the one-star reviews that say a word is only 4 letters and the manufacturer doesn't specify it: You probably shouldn't care about crypto. You only need 4 letters to form a word according to the standard. These are the first 4 letters, not random abbreviations. To strip the screws: Yes, the screws are small. However, most screwdriver sets are the right size for this. This is the usual size of a jeweler's screw. Finally, I saw a review about removing the top right screw that holds the entire set of plates together. You don't have to remove it. You simply slide one side to the side, unscrew the side you are working on, close that side, reinsert all the screws, and repeat the process.
