I bought this to move my ATT gateway away from the fiber optic outlet in my house as the remaining ATT wasn't long enough. It worked right away, was fine for a month, and then bam, it died completely. Internet down, gateway down, diagnostics show fiber optic problem. I kept the original ATT fiber optic cable in my tech box after arranging a meeting with ATT so they could get out my kids would lose them without a network so on a whim I dug up the ATT cable and put it back out of the pulled window. Connected ATT OEM line and all restored immediately. I switched between ATT fiber and this fiber, ATT worked but this one didn't work. So something is wrong with the cable. It *REALLY* worked initially, so your mileage may vary.
