Review on Inov 8 Womens F Lite Cross Training Women's Shoes : Athletic by David Burrell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Real Training Shoes

I have tried 4 or 5 of the best training shoes and was disappointed because (1) they are actually more of a running shoe or (2) they are uncomfortable and unsuitable. It was love from the first try on these Inov-8s. I feel my heels are firm on squats and lunges (good heel cup), my balance is better due to the stability they provide, and the sole provides great toe support on planks and lunges. They're good for a bit of cardio, but they're low drop shoes (maybe 0 drop?) so they're not designed for long runs, climbs, etc. unless you want to add arch support. I like the attached tongue (I use a shoehorn and my feet slip easily) and the thick laces are quite fun. I wear 10 in street shoes but bought 10.5 in training shoes. They are great for 10.5. The choice of colors is also amazing. I chose gray because I got a great price, but over time I will buy a few more or two in other colors.
