Great Shoes for CrossFit

I've been wearing Metcons for a while and decided to give it a try. You are so comfortable! I didn't expect to like them so much and thought I'd end up returning them, but far from it. Conveniently right out of the box. I could do double jumps, barbell lifts, and thrusters AND run in them during the workout and it was all great. Can only recommend this shoe!

Pros
  • Women's
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Fit is different than f-lite 260 and 235

I've been wearing the f-lite 235 and 260 for almost the last 5 years and they are perfect for my wide feet. I'm the same size and they still have the same wide toe, but they have longer pointed toes than the other versions of the inov-8 shoes. There is a lot more room in the sock than we would like. Otherwise, I like the fabric and heel fit. I could try going down a half size, but I can still train in it, I just drag my finger over some stuff.

Pros
  • gym and cross training
Cons
  • too blunt

Too much fabric on shoes that stretch and bag.

I am very disappointed. I've only had Nobull for 4 years but I'm looking for a softer running shoe and double underwear and I think this shoe will do. I normally wear a size 8.5 fitness shoes but ordered 8 based on reviews that said they run large. However, when I shrunk, my toe was right on the toe. I reordered an 8.5 (my usual size) and my thumb is too far from the toe and there is SO MUCH excess fabric around the upper of the shoe that it knocks it off. I love how light and comfortable they…

  • Shoes
Cons
  • There are problems

Real Training Shoes

I have tried 4 or 5 of the best training shoes and was disappointed because (1) they are actually more of a running shoe or (2) they are uncomfortable and unsuitable. It was love from the first try on these Inov-8s. I feel my heels are firm on squats and lunges (good heel cup), my balance is better due to the stability they provide, and the sole provides great toe support on planks and lunges. They're good for a bit of cardio, but they're low drop shoes (maybe 0 drop?) so they're not designed…

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was
