Despite struggling to make an acceptable impression, the Remi team always answered my questions and even sent me another set of casts so I could get a quality night watchman set. After the prints were dropped off at the post office, it took about 3 weeks for the night watchmen to arrive. It would be nice if Remy sent proof of receipt of the prints and an estimated time frame to make the wait easier.
