I push a lot. I do this at least 22 hours a day and even break a molar in half on a couple of particularly stressful days. The landing seems strange to me. The guard seems too small, not long enough. I had instructions for children so maybe they pass the child off as an adult? This doesn't seem to be enough to cover the back molars. On my second attempt at modeling, I did what another reviewer said and stretched the ends a bit, which seemed to help a bit. I have a pretty average mouth. Now you can feel it. I will update after sleeping with him. I decided to use this until I get the ones that take a cast of my mouth. So it's temporary and better than nothing. Update: I've slept with him for 2 nights now. It pulls on my front teeth and feels too tight, although I was very careful not to suck too hard when putting it on. I sleep well with it and trust it to protect my teeth because I didn't wake up with jaw pain. I'll throw it in the trash anyway as soon as I find a better one. Perhaps a truly adult size would be ideal.
