To hand over a faulty disk, the manufacturer sent me instructions for packing it - in antistatic film, in bubble wrap, in cardboard + adhesive tape and stick labels from the letter. The guys at the reception opened the package and said that they would do everything themselves :) And yes, the disk "worked" very quietly. Got pros: the manufacturer's support service quickly responded to a complaint about a malfunction and sent a replacement for the marriage within two weeks. Cons below: When first turned on, the system saw the disk and stated that it was faulty and the volume was 480 GB instead of 1000 GB. On the second inclusion the disk became invisible. Tried different sata cables and inputs. To no avail. To issue a warranty case, I spent 30 minutes to register the disk on the Seagate website. It is necessary to enter all your details in Latin, a lot of unnecessary menus / windows
