Review on Allegra Womens Elastic Waist Insert Women's Clothing for Skirts by Garrick Prince

The skirt is definitely white, not cream as another reviewer pointed out. It would have looked better with a belt. Being unbelted in the back can be uncomfortable. What is typical for this rock style? The material is soft and doesn't shine through even with bright pink underwear. Not bad for $17. (See the first photo I posted for the true color, the others are taken in a yellow room with yellow light.)
