I like that we can have multiple users in one folder with different permissions, this makes our work easier when managing files for projects or clients! It is not easy at all if you are used only working locally because of its limitations regarding size limits; but once your project grows larger than 5 GBs then there will be problems since each user has their own space which means more time spent uploading/downloading data between folders (this happens frequently).
We use CloudPlan mostly during client meetings where they send us documents via email so those emails get stored into "cloud" instead using local hard drive backups - saving paper copies from many people would save much money too!!
