The software has been easy to use since it was installed at our office when we switched over from Dental Office Manager (DOM). We have used this system as an inventory management tool and also as a way to track payments received by patients during their appointments. It's not perfect but I think that any issues can be addressed via support tickets or through emailing customer service directly if needed. If you are looking for something simple yet robust then definitely give this product some consideration! Our staff loves having all the medical information available right within one place instead of searching multiple places across different applications. Having everything under one roof makes things easier for everyone involved even though there may still need to go back and forth between two separate programs sometimes depending upon what needs doing next.
