Just follow the instructions

I know a lot of people have problems with bluetooth pairing. This is a Bluetooth device; it MUST be paired. But if you take the time to READ the manual and just follow the instructions and the Bluetooth works on your transmitter, I don't think the vast majority will have any problems. I don't think most of the complaints are related to the device itself; works as described in the instructions. I lost and am still looking for the TROND I originally ordered (LOL) - I put it somewhere and forgot where so I finally broke down and ordered another one. Basically, this gives my AV receiver the Bluetooth capability that is probably built into most models these days. I have a TROND in RX mode with the R and L audio inputs connected to the AUX audio inputs on the front of my AV receiver (there are inputs on the back that work just as well but are a little less accessible) and I can then have it play any sound I want from my iPhone (including my music library or any of the streaming audio SVCs). There are so many things that already support BT out of the box these days that this product is probably kind of a dying generation. But I'm very comfortable with mine. (PS - If you think it should work but hear nothing or almost nothing, CHECK THE VOLUME on your phone!) /better versions - I'm unfamiliar with this other than the fact that 5.2 is the latest version and this one TROND v5.0 is; and uses aptX with low latency. All I know is that this one works well enough for me.
