It didn't fit like the old motor because this motor shaft is too long. After thinking for a few minutes, I finally attached it to the bottom of the fan bracket instead of the top. So the shaft fits just like the fan blades. *Only one if you consider this fan. Since it is now installed below, the lid no longer fits* and looks unfinished. I don't mind, it moves the air much better than the old one. I'm happy . * Additionally, you need to slightly open the fan blade opening for the shaft. I used a Dremel and a drill.*
