I use this product in my work everyday as an employee of Walmart but it is not only good at tracking what we are up too, its also easy to understand for new employees or even customers who dont know alot about computers can figure out how everything works with no problems. There really isn't anything that I dislike yet when something happens i'm able to solve them right away myself rather than having to wait. It's very helpful if you do any kind of computer job like tech support because there aren't many products out here which track so much information from our employer and help us learn more things about working around computers. The benefits far outweigh their disadvantages. I like how it can be used to scan barcodes of items in the store to automatically add them to your online account. You have to set up all of the stores you are selling in before using this program. It is not easy to use if you do not know how to navigate through the different screens and menus. I am able to use this to scan products in the store and then check out online. This has saved me time because I don't have to manually enter all of my information into the computer.
