It is free of cost, which helps us in reaching our customers easily as well has keeping them engaged with their feedbacks or questions they have posted while using hotJar platform! I personally like that we can get insight into how many visits/page views each page gets so far along time period too!! Nothing specific about this tool but only positive thing would be its flexibility for small businesses who wants more engaging experience without compromising much over there business needs.
