It is free of cost, which helps us in reaching our customers easily as well has keeping them engaged with their feedbacks or questions they have posted while using hotJar platform! I personally like that we can get insight into how many visits/page views each page gets so far along time period too!! We can see our customers' behaviour, which is very helpful for us as we know how they interact with each other within our website. This feature helped me save time by automatically creating reports from my visitors actions in real-time without having to look up their history myself every week or so - i just have an overview of everything at once! The insights that I get when analyzing my customers' behavior across various channels allow me to make changes quickly, as well as implement new features more effectively without having to ask them for feedback (which is always difficult).
