The insights that I get when analyzing my customers' behavior across various channels allow me to make changes quickly, as well as implement new features more effectively without having to ask them for feedback (which is always difficult). They have also recently launched an API in order to give developers tools they can use themselves with their services. It has been very helpful so far! Haven't thought any negative thoughts yet but if I come up with one I'll be sure to let you know :) We're using hotjar mostly to monitor our chatbot's performance - we've noticed some issues which were caused by bugs or lack of attention during development time while trying to learn about this topic through conversations between bots. As soon as these problems appear, we try to solve them immediately; sometimes we even work around solutions just because there wasn't enough knowledge available at first moment. But solving all possible situations would take too much time until next release cycle starts. Nowadays most companies struggle to keep track of.
