I've only been using this for about a month but so far I'm very happy with my purchase. I ordered two sets and one of them had broken glass, but I contacted customer service and they immediately provided me with a replacement. I was specifically looking for a design that my father-in-law could easily grab and twist with his RA and they are perfect - shorter and taller than many others I've looked at. I placed a set at each end of the table, discarded the caps, and placed them bottle-side down on the counter. I love that they have their own little stretcher so I can just pick them up and swipe underneath, easy! They look beautiful and you simply turn the little knob at the bottom until you get the grind you want. And the best part is that you simply unscrew the end of the grinder and you get a large enough fill hole. No more fiddling around trying to pour peppercorns into that little hole the stick goes through!
