Review on 🚿 Mediterranean Bronze Moen 23046BRB Banbury 5-Spray Hand Shower - 4" Diameter, with Hose and Bracket by Michael Hall

Attachment from the hose to the shower head made of plastic. I bought two straight away; one at the big store and the other at Revain for a better price. I'm renovating a bathroom so when the first one broke I took the one that was meant for the remodeled bathroom and put it in the working bathroom. The plastic is cracked and water is leaking through the top of the shower door onto the bathroom floor. I will contact Moen and complain but I don't expect much. After all, who keeps the boxes and receipts? I didn't bother with the first one because a bad product, especially one under $40, doesn't make much of a difference. However, Moen promises durability, and if the plastic doesn't deliver, Moen should ditch the plastic parts or support the product anyway. My advice: Spend more and make sure the parts are metal, fiberglass, or something other than plastic.
