Upgrade fm from 1 star to 3 I found I had to go to the Renology website to get support for this item. They sent me a support phone number and are willing to work with buyers to ensure their products work satisfactorily. Buy a remote to have it in another. I wanted everything to be in one place in one place. Hoping my batteries would be charged while the RV was parked. after installation i drove the trailer a week later and the batteries were fully charged. I think I'm all fat and stupid and happy when I go to get a camper for camping and the batteries are more than dead, 0 volts. After much troubleshooting I have come to the conclusion that the charge controller is not producing any voltage. I can't reset, cheat, "kick" this device to drain battery voltage. The documentation and the company did not help. I check my purchase on Amazon and it says the return period has expired. I don't know what to do now, it's no longer available and I have a hole in the wall when I remove it for another controller.
