The elastic in the waist band was completely twisted after the wash cycle. It was nearly impossible to get it untwisted. I cut along the seam, and part of the elastic band was folded up and sewn into the seam that way, making it impossible to untwist. Somehow it escaped my notice until after the wash cycle. It is too bad, it fit perfectly and it is so hard to find a suit my daughter loves. I'm not sure if this is a fluke in the one we happened to get or if this is a chronic problem. Either way I really am not happy.I gave it two stars, because even though I got a lemon, the suit fit perfectly and we were initially very pleased with it.
