I liked that it was easy for me as an employee of the insurance agency to access from home or while out in public places. The app is great because you can use your own login information if necessary instead of having to go through all their options. You are able to keep track of what's going on within the office so this makes communication easier. There aren't many downsides but one thing would be if they could adjust the size of the font when using the computer version. Great way to communicate between employees.
