Review on ⏱️ Taylor Precision Products Digital Timer: Precise Timing up to 99 min 59 sec, in Elegant White by Tricia Smith

My usual inexpensive kitchen timer is now too loud and too quiet to hear clearly in other rooms. Splash 'n' Drop solved this problem. Three volume levels and a loud, clear sound is what I was looking for. It also has a lower tone than a standard kitchen timer and will beep until it stops so it can't be skipped or ignored. (In case it matters, the pulsing beep sounds like a home fire alarm.) It has a clock setting as well as a backlight button that illuminates the dial for 4 seconds when the numbers appear dark. But I find its half-inch numbers very legible. The control buttons are easy to understand and navigate. Two small magnets on the back hold it securely to my fridge, but it also has a sturdy "stand" if you want to use it on a countertop. One minor inconvenience: you need a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws that open the battery compartment.) The first Splash 'n' Drop I received had a faulty backlight. I sent it back and 2 days later I had a perfectly working replacement without any problems.
