Total disappointment despite the list of ingredients.

Despite its respectable ingredient list and size, this is one of the least impressive pre-workouts (of dozens over decades) I've used. I'm an early riser. Short (45 minutes), intense bodybuilding style full body workout. This preamp offers absolutely NO power bursts, pumps or focusing... I mean NONE. All it does is deliver long-lasting gentle energy. This could be useful for cyclists or long-distance runners, or maybe for intense CrossFit workouts... but if you're a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or weightlifter... forget it. This product SHOULD help me based on how similar measurements of the same ingredients have affected me in other products...but this one does nothing...absolutely nothing.
